The Chinese 3D Printing market reached $7.68 billion (33% globally) by 2020 (facilitated by $1.9 billion investment in 2019 and a related National Innovation Center) and will over-double to $16.79 billion by 2024 to become the largest in the world with 3D printers to be established at 400,000 primary schools.

Hubei, Guangdong, and Shaanxi (more than 1,000 patents) by 2017 had formed a geographic industrial chain covering all areas of operation from design to manufacturing to application.

 

Shining 3D develops 3D printing software systems and 3D body parts for example organs from materials such as silk and was China’s leading 3D printing company in 2018.

 

Farsoon Technologies, in Hunan, manufacture selective laser sintering machines with exports to Europe while Beijing Tiertime Technology was exporting to over 40 countries by 2017.

 

Zhuhai CTC Electronic constructed China’s largest 3D printing factory and was pioneering in developing its own indigenous metallic printing technology.

 

In 2014 WinSun Decoration Design Engineering constructed a ten-house 3D village in under 24 hours and in 2015 created the world’s highest 3D printed building at 20 foot tall in Jiangsu.
